New to Lake Charles Area and was recommended by many friends and family. Called about an alignment and was told to bring it in they where slow and could get right on it. Brought my truck in for an alignment at 10 am (10 mins after I called) and was told first come first serve and they where completely full for the rest of the day. Showed up at 7:15 the next day and walked up at 7:30 for an alignment and was denied saying I needed to make arrangements for services. Long story short i drove 45 mins back to another shop I've used before and got an alignment no problem.

While getting frame damage repaired at their shop they damaged my brand new tailgate that was installed and tried to hide the damage. When asked about getting my new tailgate replaced. They said that they would only repair the tailgate not replace it. When I told them that they damaged it they should make it right I was told by the auto body manager that he did not care and hung up the phone. The entire time that I was talking to him he continued to interrupt me and was extremely rude. Would not recommend anybody to ever bring their vehicle to this terrible shop.

Excellent, efficient, prompt service. Was recommended by Tre who works at WAMART Automitivr. I was NOT disappointed. A great place to leave your car for a variety of services. These people deserve the HIGHEST recommendation. I will definitely recommend
